FAQ's

Q1: How much do the events cost?

A1: Most events are free to attend! The exceptions are the Reindeer Run, which has a $20 registration fee, and Cookie Crawl tickets, which are $15. For more details, please check the respective links. Food and craft vendors will also be selling items at the festival.

A2: There are several parking options available in the vicinity of the festival. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot! Most attendees will arrive early for the parade and will park along the parade route. Jay is a very walkable town with sidewalks available. The downtown Commerce Street and Spring Street areas will be closed to traffic all day.

A3: While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted at the festival for safety and hygiene reasons, with the exception of service animals.

A4: Yes! Local food establishments will be open and ready to serve the community favorites. The festival also features a variety of food vendors offering delicious treats for you to enjoy while you celebrate.

A5: There will be portable restrooms available for those attending the festival. Local businesses will be open for patrons only.
